01Who owns the code? What about IP and NDAs?
You do — 100%. Every expert signs an NDA and an IP-assignment agreement before day one, and we're happy to sign yours too.
02How does payment work?
One Israeli invoice at the end of each month — shekels, incl. VAT, exactly like any local vendor. No international transfers, no foreign currency, no overseas payroll on your side.
03What if the expert isn't a fit?
The first 7 days are a full, no-commitment trial. If something isn't working, we replace the expert within 5 business days — no extra cost, no recruitment fees.
04Are the experts your employees?
No — they're independent contractors from around the world whom we vet, manage and pay. You receive one Israeli invoice and a managed service, with no employment relationship and no employer obligations.
05What about language and communication?
